Meet the Owner
Lukas Fancy is a Southern California–raised contractor and the owner of TLC Handyman. He graduated from Westlake High School and earned an Associate of Science in Construction Management from Ventura College.
Over the past 15+ years, he has worked across multiple trades—carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing—learning from seasoned mentors and building a reputation for clean, reliable workmanship. Clients consistently recognize his work on Angi (formerly Angie’s List), where his services have earned multiple quality distinctions.
A lifelong problem-solver, Lukas brings an Eagle Scout’s preparedness, integrity, and work ethic to every project. He treats each customer like family and every home as if it were his own.
